Please feel free to call and ask for directions. St. Michaels faces Independence Park, 2 doors down from Our Lady of Mt.Carmel. 5 1/2 miles approx. from Hillside. (This is a quiet and safe neighborhood.) From Union County: Take Route 22 Eastbound, Entering the Newark/Hillside line, pass the Lake & park stay in the right lane. 2 lanes turn into 3, stay in right lane. Be careful not to take the airport exit. Follow pass the Continental service terminal straight. 2 miles approx. You will see a sign for Delancy St. Take exit ramp on your right. Make a left at bottom of Ramp. At the Light, make a Left. Take viaduct up and over continue straight to Adams St. 4 Blocks. Make a Right. Next light will be Oliver Street, make a Right. St. Michaels on your right at middle of block. Parking is available on the street and behind St. Michaels in a shared lot with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.
Check the zoomed in Map. (most streets are one way) _______________________________________________________________________ If Taking 1 & 9 North, you will pass Newark Airport. Please watch the signs they're a nightmare. Try to stay on 1 & 9 going into New York. Once you pass the Airport follow directions from Delancy Street exit ramp. Call if you don't have a GPS.
